Gerry leads out Rugby Legends for Charity
Rugby stars past and present along with members of the local community came together in a charity touch rugby match at the Bradford Bulls Grattan stadium, and raised over £10,000 for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust (CFT).

The Prime Minister has today said the following in tribute:
"Michael Foot was a man of deep principle and passionate idealism and one of the most eloquent speakers Britain has ever heard.
He was an indomitable figure who always stood up for his beliefs and whether people agreed with him or not they admired his character and his steadfastness.

Schools urged to help save the planet and save money
Gerry Sutcliffe is urging schools in Bradford to join in the fight against climate change and at the same time save money.
He is encouraging local schools to apply for a free digital ‘energy display meter’ to reduce their carbon footprint and cut bills by up to £3,000 a year.
